Our Shopping Policies:
Account Set-up: Once you have logged in for the first time, you may create a personal account and set up your billing information so that it will be saved for future use - you will not have to re-enter. You will be notified if an item is out of stock, or if the specific amount you requested exceeds our inventory. In the case of the latter, the difference will be placed on backorder. You will receive a confirmation via email upon successful transmission of your order.
Shipping Information:
Enter a Shipping Address: Tell us where you would like us to ship your order, or indicate whether your shipping and billing addresses are the same. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Select a Shipping Method: Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipment method. Options consist of Regular or Priority Mail, Federal Express Priority/Standard delivery, two-day or Express Saver three-day service, or UPS. If there is more than one item in your order, or if one or more is on backorder, please specify which you would prefer from the following options:
  • Group my items into as few shipments as possible
  • I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available (at additional cost)
If you choose the first option, we'll consolidate your items into the fewest shipments possible. If you choose the second option, we will ship items to you as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You'll be charged a per-shipment fee for each shipment.

The base shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order. An increase in this charge will be determined by weight of the shipment.

Note: Please allow one extra day if orders are not in by 4:30 PM EST.
Your Privacy:
  • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using software which encrypts information you input.
  • We reveal only the last ---- digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
  • It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
